Wartime Glamour

In light of the ludicrously cold weather most of Canada has been getting for the past several weeks, all I can think of is drinking lots of comforting tea and bundling up! The former option is quintessentially British, and I imagine that a good cup of tea did much for the morale of many soldiers and civilians alike in the sober days of World War II.
As for the latter option, Forties style fortunately offers the ultimate in cold-weather protection- the indomitable fur coat! While appearing very glamorous, fur coats also happen to be exceptionally practical for frigid climes, and the muskrat coat I received from my grandmother has been indispensable on the coldest of days.
This Polyvore set depicts a dream outfit for me- refined and undeniably vintage, yet perhaps most importantly, warm!Wartime Glamour
